1. Meetings on site or in clients office are free of charge
2. Product improvement, design and value add of product will be with out charge provided order is obtained. A fee of $275 per hour will be invoiced as agreed by APBP and the client in the event there is no order placed.
3. Confidentiality and international convention practices used.
4. All quotations are valid for 90 days. When an order is placed no variations to the price will be made apart when the purchaser makes amendments or variations to an existing order.
5. APBP are not agents of any manufacturer or obtain commissions on sales whatsoever.
6. Exclusivity agreements with manufacturers have been entered into and joint ventures affected in some cases.

Payment Procedures

• 30% of agreed quotation price at point of placing order and 30% payment FOB, balance upon arrival at port of entry.
• L/C's and bank guarantees accepted on larger orders.
• T/T accepted for payments of deposits.
